Should you wish to return the goods, for whatever reason, without penalty, you can do so up to 7 days after the delivery date of the goods.  You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods back to us.  Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 7 days have lapsed.

To be eligible for a return, you need to contact us on, within 7 days of receiving the goods, notifying us of your intention to return the goods.  Your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The price tag must still be intact and the item in its original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received the required documentation, we will send you an authorization to return the item.



It is important to understand that slight variations in weave, colour and size will occur naturally because most of our clothing and accessories are handcrafted.  Insignificant manufacturing imperfections are therefore not defects.  Some may even argue that these imperfections add to the uniqueness of the items.


Nonetheless, we will exchange the item or refund you for any item which is genuinely defective or damaged when you receive it.


To be eligible for an exchange, you need to contact us on, within 7 days of receiving the goods, notifying us of your reason for wanting to exchange the goods.  Should you wish to exchange the item because it is defective or damaged, then photographic proof of the defect, or damage must accompany your request.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all the original labels still intact.  To complete your exchange request, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.  Once we have received your request, together with the photos and required documentation, we will send you an authorization to return the item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email with the approval or rejection of your request for an exchange/refund.  (NB:  authorization to return the item does not imply that approval has been granted for a requested exchange/refund).


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a payment to your bank account will occur.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are approved for an exchange item then you will be notified when you will receive your exchange.  The timing will be subject to stock availability



Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.




If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore will not be responsible for goods which are lost while being returned.  You may ship your return package using the delivery method of your choice.


TASPA will not accept the returned goods if they are sent without a return authorization.


TASPA reserves the right to decide whether to refund or exchange the goods.
