Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, after receiving your order confirmation email, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. We will only ship your order after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped it should take an estimated 2-4 business days to reach you (excluding weekends).

Please be aware delivery is subject to stock availability and the couriers shipping capability which can be affected by unforeseen external factors.

We offer R120 shipping for all orders under 5kg and R180 for all orders 5kg -25kg, nationwide. Free shipping for all orders over R5000.

Currently, we only ship inside of South Africa.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order on with the tracking number provided to you.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return the goods, for whatever reason, without penalty, you can do so up to 7 days after the date of delivery of the goods.  You will be responsible for the costs of ensuring the goods get back to us.  Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 7 days have lapsed. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, Price tag still intact and must also be in the original packaging.  Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, sale is final.


NB:  It is important to understand that slight variations in weave, colour and size will occur naturally because most of our clothing and accessories are handcrafted.  Insignificant manufacturing imperfections are therefore not defects.  Some may even argue that these imperfections add to the uniqueness of the items. 

Nonetheless, we will exchange the item or refund you for any item which is genuinely defective or damaged when you receive it. 


If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
